1. There will be no returns or exchange of personal items such as underwear, deodorants or items which have been used or cannot be resold.
2. Items which are defective or can be returned must be done so within 10 days of receipt.
3. Please contact us via email at email@example.com for further instructions including the return address as some items may have to be returned to the original source or manufacturers and you will be notified of such.
4. Refunds will be issued after item is returned and inspected.
